Label-free functional assays to study membrane proteins in living animal cells

This presentation will highlight several different approaches based on electrochemical impedance analysis to characterize the function of cell-surface receptors in real time. Impedance approaches are especially suited for difficult-to-purify proteins because they can be analyzed label-free in their native state in the membrane of living cells at endogenous expression levels.
